This position will be primarily Shuttle Driver; however, we may need you to work front desk when needed.

Pay: $17/hour

As Shuttle Driver you will:

  • Drive the hotel shuttle to transport guests to and from designated locations (e.g., airport, shopping areas, local attractions).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with luggage and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Ensure the shuttle vehicle is maintained in a clean, safe, and operational condition.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols while operating the shuttle.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude and be courteous to all guests and staff.
  • Keep a record of trips, schedules, and passenger information.
  • Report any maintenance issues or vehicle problems to the appropriate team.
  • Ensure timely arrivals and departures according to the hotel shuttle schedule.

Fundamentals

A high school education or equivalent is required, with prior customer service experience helpful. The ability to communicate effectively and graciously in English is essential. This position requires continuous movement, full mobility, lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing or pulling a luggage cart up to 200 pounds.

Additionally:

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Previous driving experience preferred (shuttle or passenger transport experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good knowledge of local routes and area landmarks is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As Front Desk Agent you will:

  • Provide that critical first impression to our guests and have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.
  • Enjoy solving problems, be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.

Fundamentals

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write and speak fluently. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement, standing and occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
