Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for an exciting long-term contract opportunity in Minneapolis, MN. This person must sit in market or be able to relocate or be in market as needed at their own expense.

The successful candidate must possess a variety of skills including, but not limited to:

  • Experience with Municipalities and ROW permitting processes
  • Ability to understand ROW permitting standards and expectations
  • Ability to form and maintain good relationships with municipalities on behalf of our client
  • Become face of the company to municipalities in and around Orlando, FL
  • Provide and document meeting engagements and planned experiences with each municipality
  • Ability to understand agreements terms and conditions for multiple projects.
  • Prepare and coordinate project documentation with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand a technical industry and translate that to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communications to coordinate corporate messaging.
  • Ability to plan and expedite corporate events.

Pay Range: $50/HR depending on experience. The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision as well as 401K contributions.
