We’re currently looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand story to life and support our community-building and hiring goals. This role is hybrid with preference for Toms River, NJ or Nebraska-based candidates (includes local travel to clinic locations, events, and conferences).

Role Overview

As the Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in growing Above and Beyond’s digital presence through creative content, storytelling, and social engagement. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, healthcare, and community impact.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Storytelling

  • Capture and edit short-form videos (e.g., BCBA spotlights, behind-the-scenes clips, and event coverage)
  • Collaborate with team members to highlight authentic, mission-driven stories
  • Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite to design compelling visuals and infographics

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish social content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement

Brand & Recruitment Support

  • Create content to promote our team culture, open roles, and impact in the ABA space
  • Share employee testimonials, job highlights, and events that showcase our values

Trend Awareness & Campaign Execution

  • Stay informed on social media trends and recommend relevant content ideas
  • Assist with campaign planning tied to awareness days, hiring initiatives, and seasonal events

Who You Are

  • Creative, organized, and proactive
  • Passionate about branding, storytelling, and making an impact
  • Strong communication skills — both written and visual
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, and similar editing tools (required)
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
  • Familiar with major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Experience or interest in healthcare, education, or human services is a plus

Position Details

  • Paid hourly role (rate based on experience)
  • Flexible schedule: 10–20 hours per week, with potential for full-time
  • Hybrid/remote work depending on location; local travel may be required
