About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. This is a temporary role with the strong potential to transition into a full-time position after approximately six months. The full-time role would include seasonal travel opportunities during the off-season to support other culinary initiatives and pop-ups.
