Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Irvine, CA

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

Full-Time | Hybrid | Growing Law Firm

Plan2Placement is proud to partner with a rapidly growing personal injury law firm headquartered in Irvine in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale their legal hiring efforts.

About the Role:

This role will own the full recruitment lifecycle for legal and corporate roles, including attorneys, paralegals, legal support, and administrative staff. You’ll work closely with department leaders to build a high-performing team while shaping the firm's employer brand within the legal community.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive full-cycle recruiting across legal and non-legal functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to align staffing strategies with growth goals.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for attorneys, bilingual paralegals, and legal operations roles.
  • Lead employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Implement recruiting workflows and optimize ATS usage.
  • Mentor internal/external recruiters and guide hiring managers on best practices.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; 2+ years in a law firm or legal department is a HUGE plus .
  • Deep understanding of legal roles, hiring practices, and market trends.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and legal compliance (EEO, State Bar rules).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
