The partners are a mix from big and small firms and they like to hire based on technical skills, they have great mentors and a leadership program. The firm promotes a work-life balance with the current environment of working from home they embrace being able to take a walk during the day, log-off to be with your family and not check emails on the weekends. They also have social hours and workout classes that you can log onto remotely.
