What you’re good at

You’re a self-starter and an independent learner who enjoys mastering new skills quickly. With very little supervision, you anticipate needs, take action and create efficiencies. You’re organized and know the art of building relationships with teammates, clients and vendors. This role performs a wide range of duties across planning, education, research and analysis for both existing and prospective clients. Using your impeccable communication skills and work ethic, you will apply critical thinking skills, work independently and anticipate agency needs and client questions.

When you join us, we expect you to:

  • Process new hire enrollments, terminations, and changes in benefit plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into benefit administration systems.
  • Maintain and update employee benefit records.
  • Administer COBRA continuation coverage, including notifications and payments.
  • Process Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and other health-related benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reconcile and process benefits-related invoices.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies with carriers and vendors.
  • Respond to employee and employer inquiries regarding benefit enrollments and payments. Individual Life Account Management
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve account issues.
  • Set up and manage Employee Navigator and other benefits administration systems.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee benefits data.
  • Provide system training and support to employees and HR teams
