IDR is rapidly expanding our Recruiting & Account Management teams in the Dallas office! Both Recruiting and Account Management are sales roles, the main difference is who you are selling to. Recruiters connect with talent, while Account Managers are on the B2B side interacting with businesses. Both roles work in unison to fulfill our clients’ needs. We start everyone in the recruiter role with the opportunity to progress in either recruiting or account management.
