Job Description

Our client is looking for an organized, upbeat, and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their team.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role supporting recruiters across multiple teams — and we’re moving fast to fill it.

If you’re a recent graduate with HR, recruiting, or business-related experience — or someone early in your career looking to get your foot into the HR world — we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Schedule interviews, coordinate background checks, and prepare offer letters.
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Communicate directly with candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Maintain accuracy in systems (Workday ATS experience a plus).
  • Juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, Psychology ideal).
  • Internship or professional experience in HR, Recruiting, or Customer Service.
  • Comfortable navigating Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
  • A positive, upbeat, and reliable attitude is a must.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid schedule: mix of remote work and in-office support.
