We’re growing quickly—and we’re looking for a full-time Implementation Manager to join our Customer Success team and help us drive value for our clients from day one.

About the Role:

As an  Implementation Manager , you’ll be the face of Outfield for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they’re set up for long-term success. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales and engineering teams, work directly with our clients, and contribute to product feedback and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do:

  • Lead onboarding and training efforts for new customers, delivering a seamless and engaging experience.

  • Build and configure trial environments based on client needs and goals.

  • Import and structure client data to support effective usage of the Outfield platform.

  • Provide support via phone, email, and video—serving as a knowledgeable, friendly resource.

  • Analyze client usage and feedback to improve onboarding workflows and product value.

  • Create helpful support content like help center articles, tutorials, and how-to guides.

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team on projects that improve user outcomes.

  • Act as a product expert and internal resource for other team members.

  • Identify upsell or expansion opportunities through consultative support.
