Your Role:
As members of our marketing team, our Law Office Receptionists hold the most important job at our firm--taking care of our clients (with a smile). They are independent, self-starters who are friendly, welcoming, empathetic, and eager to take care of others. Our receptionists welcome potential clients and guests, promote the law firm's services, answer phones, direct calls and messages, inventory and order supplies, organize and support in-office and video conferences and keep our common areas clean and neatly organized.
