Job Summary:
We are seeking a ServiceNow Certified Architect to join our Governance Team. This role will focus on designing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, specifically for the Telecom industry, with an emphasis on the CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow, governance practices, and data stewardship, particularly in the management of Product Catalog and Product Inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Solution Design & Governance:
◦ Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
◦ Ensure scalability, maintainability, and adherence to architectural standards.
◦ Establish and enforce governance policies for CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, focusing on data quality, security, and compliance.
• Product Catalog & Inventory Management:
◦ Lead the design and maintenance of the Product Catalog within ServiceNow, defining product hierarchies, attributes, and relationships.
◦ Implement data stewardship practices to maintain product data integrity.
◦ Work with stakeholders to enhance catalog usability and relevance.
• Trouble Ticket Lifecycle Management:
◦ Optimize workflows, automation, and orchestration to streamline the ticketing process.
◦ Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow modules with external systems and workflows.
• Technical Leadership:
◦ Provide guidance to development teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
◦ Mentor junior architects and developers, promoting continuous learning and growth.
◦ Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and capabilities relevant to the Telecom & Media domain.
• Collaboration & Communication:
◦ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, testers, and project managers.
◦ Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
◦ Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution.
• Continuous Improvement:
◦ Monitor platform performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose enhancements.
◦ Drive initiatives for continuous improvement within the ServiceNow platform.
◦ Contribute to ServiceNow community forums and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certification:
◦ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
◦ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or related modules
◦ ServiceNow Certified Application Architect (CAA) or Certified System Architect (CSA) is preferred
• Industry Experience:
◦ Minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
◦ Specific experience in Telecom & Media industry processes, particularly in order management.
• Technical Skills:
◦ Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including workflows, Flow Designer, and integrations.
◦ Knowledge of REST APIs, JavaScript, and ServiceNow scripting.
◦ Familiarity with data modeling and relational databases.
• Communication & Leadership:
◦ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
◦ Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
◦ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
