We are seeking a dynamic and strategic manager to take a “hands-on” approach to driving the implementation and adoption of our self-service analytics initiatives. This role will be instrumental in enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization by ensuring seamless access to actionable insights through tools like ThoughtSpot & Tableau, while pioneering emerging AI-powered capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BI strategy, data visualization, and self-service analytics, with a passion for empowering business users with intuitive, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of ThoughtSpot, ensuring alignment with business needs and existing data infrastructure.
• Create and execute a roadmap for adoption, ensuring our tools (ThoughtSpot, Tableau and MicroStrategy) are optimized for performance, governance, and ease of use.
• Develop a self-service BI strategy, empowering business users to explore and analyze data independently.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill stakeholders on self-serviceanalytics principles.
• Establish governance frameworks to balance self-service capabilities with data integrity and security.
• Monitor adoption rates and user engagement, iterating on strategies to improve self-service BI effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role .
• Expertise in self-service BI strategies and empowering non-technical users with analytics tools.
• Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.).
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modeling best practices.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change management skills.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot implementation, administration, and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization, dashboard design, and storytelling with data .
• Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Looker) is a plus.
