Position Title: Project Manager & Marketing Associate

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
Project management proficiency; Can self-manage projects and deliverables, meeting all deadlines to ensure agency operates smoothly and client goals are hit
Real Estate Development Experience Preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy Support & Implementation
Conduct research to inform strategic planning.
Execution of marketing projects to support client goals,
Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with marketing initiatives.
Manage the tech stack, frameworks and tools that enable clients to effectively execute their marketing strategies (Zapier, CRMs, email client connectivity, etc.)
Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all marketing activities are completed on schedule.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Design & Copy Content Creation
Produce engaging marketing materials, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, or promotional content.
Focus on copywriting, understands effective conversion copywriting, storytelling, voice, tone, grammar, formatting, proofing and sales.
Develop Email Marketing newsletters and automation campaigns to achieve client goals
Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, web developers and other team members as needed to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
Client Communication and Relationship Management
Serve as a point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
Ensure coordination & delivery of deliverables for approvals and review based on client’s scope to ensure projects are presented at high quality, on time, within budget and to the absolute delight of the client
Project Management
Campaign Execution & Oversight – Manage end-to-end project delivery for brand campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Client & Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the main point of contact for clients, aligning expectations and providing regular updates.
Team Coordination & Resource Management – Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and digital strategists, to execute premium marketing initiatives. **DESIGN EXPERIENCE FAVORED**
Quality Control & Brand Alignment – Ensure all deliverables reflect the exclusivity, sophistication, and precision expected in luxury branding.
Website Maintenance and Updates
Oversee light maintenance of client websites on SquareSpace, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligns with marketing strategies.
Implement updates to no-code websites to improve design, functionality, and SEO optimization to enhance user experience and drive traffic.
Coordinate with web developers and designers to troubleshoot technical issues and implement new features as needed.

YouTube page optimization through SEO rich copywriting
Light graphic design on Canva to support client goals
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
