The Opportunity
We’re hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to fuel our pipeline and partner closely with Account Executives (AEs). If you’re energized by hitting goals, ready to master outbound prospecting, and want to grow into a top-tier sales professional, this is your platform.

Compensation & Benefits
At XILO, we are committed to transparency and equity in compensation. For this role, the expected annual OTE is $65,000 – $95,000 , depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, some roles may be eligible for performance bonuses, depending on level and responsibilities.
