About:

We’re building Omni: a platform that currently allows developers to deploy applications across all rollups without fragmenting liquidity. We’re looking for team members to help us bring this ambitious vision to life while helping our transition to a product-focused company.

We’re a team who already built a platform that processed over $70M leading to our $18M fundraise from top investors including Pantera, Two Sigma Ventures, Coinbase Ventures alongside angel investors including Stani Kulechov (founder of Aave), Sandeep Nailwal (cofounder of Polygon) and more. In addition to this, we have over $4B deposited to secure Omni on mainnet.

Mission:

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to be the voice of the brand across social channels, working with our content and community managers to create social content that educates, engages, and amplifies everything from product updates to thought leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality posts and threads that drive engagement, particularly when promoting launches, news, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with content, product and community teams to promote launches, news, and initiatives
  • Actively monitor sentiment and trends to keep content timely and relevant
  • Work with content manager to track performance metrics and optimize on a weekly basis
  • Help shape and evolve the brand’s tone, voice, and storytelling on social media

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media with a deep knowledge of crypto culture
  • Solid understanding of audience building and brand representation on social media
  • Experience working cross-functionally with additional marketing team members, product, and engineering teams
  • Experience analyzing, reporting on, and implementing engagement data
  • Native English speaker or near-native English fluency

The candidate must be:

  • Proactive owner – actively identify opportunities to expand Omni’s social media presence and messaging
  • A good communicator – maintain consistent and concise communication with fellow marketing team members and partners to ensure proper and timely operations
  • Highly reliable & responsive – this position will sometimes require time sensitive communication and the candidate should be on hand to, whether in isolation or in conjunction with the content manager/other necessary stakeholders, plan and execute on comms items
  • Collaborative – the ideal candidate understands how their role complements and elevates a marketing team as a whole

The compensation range for this role is $85,000 - $100,000.
