Required Skills : Main: Tableau, Tableau Prep, SQL Secondary: PowerBI, Python, Apptio Communication skills, capable of explaining complex data issues in simple terms to a diverse audience Passion for continual improvement and process design; seeks new ways to improve effectiveness, quality, and compliance Confident and clear communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to influence leaders / partners / SMEs, and enable progress thorough data-based decision making Nice to have: Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala Demonstrable experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g.: Informatica, Cognos, Microstrategy, matplotlib, etc.) Demonstrated experience in data visualization with a focus on financial data analysis Results Oriented Track record of driving results across multiple channels and initiatives Proactive Nature Ability to work autonomously and proactively to drive results Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline is a plu
