Job Title: Technical Product Manager (with Solution Architect Experience)

Location: Overland Park, KS | Bellevue, WA

Overview:

We're seeking a seasoned Technical Product Manager with a strong background in solution architecture and deep domain expertise within the T-Mobile ecosystem. This role will support key initiatives across critical enterprise functions such as Workforce Access , Compute , Employee Onboarding , Finance Systems Integration , Infrastructure , and IT Operations/Back-Office Systems Integration .

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end product strategy and delivery across technical and enterprise integration initiatives
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
• Own the roadmap and prioritization for systems and tool integrations that support enterprise operations
• Work with solution architects to evaluate, design, and implement integrations with T-Mobile systems and third-party platforms
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the product lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager with a background in Solution Architecture
• Prior experience supporting projects within the T-Mobile ecosystem is strongly preferred
• Expertise in enterprise system integration and IT operations
• Strong understanding of backend processes involving workforce enablement, onboarding, compute environments, and finance systems
• Familiarity with tools and platforms used in corporate IT and operations at T-Mobile or similar telcos
• Ability to manage technical roadmaps and communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
