Role Description:
As a full-time assembly worker, you will be performing final assembly and inspection on Hipshot's bass tuning machine production line. Your role demands consistent attention to detail and repeated precision over large production runs to meet our high standards of excellence. Your role will require both collaborative and independent work to meet scheduled production demand and ensure that parts are assembled properly and free from defects. Proficiency with hand tools like screwdrivers and socket wrenches to perform detailed work on small parts is a must.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assembling and inspecting Hipshot bass tuning machines.
- Keeping a clean and organized workspace.
- Meeting production deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Reporting defects and non-compliant materials.
- Recording work completed on our computer ERP system.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years experience in assembly line production or similar repetitive job.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Physical dexterity and ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs as needed.
- Basic understanding of guitar and bass hardware is a plus.
- Dependability is essential.
