About Us:

Touch Light Chiropractic Wellness Center is dedicated to providing top-notch chiropractic care and wellness services to our community. We believe in empowering individuals to take charge of their health and wellness, and we’re looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Wellness Care Coordinator to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Wellness Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and care from the moment they walk through the door. Your role will involve a mix of front desk responsibilities, customer care, and sharing wellness knowledge with our patients. While prior chiropractic or health/wellness experience is a plus, it’s not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is passionate about promoting a holistic lifestyle and providing outstanding patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients in a warm, welcoming manner and ensure they have a positive experience during their visit.
  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
  • Provide patient education on chiropractic care and wellness services offered at the center.
  • Assist in coordinating patient care and tracking wellness progress.
  • Handle patient records and maintain accurate, confidential documentation.
  • Promote health and wellness programs to existing and prospective patients.
  • Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Support the chiropractic team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in holistic wellness is preferred, but not required.
  • A passion for health and wellness with a desire to educate others.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.
