1. Do the photos on the website match the product exactly?
Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors.
2. What happens if I order something and it is out of stock?
On rare occasions an item may not be available and should this occur, we will contact you and inform you regarding the delay. In case of hand knitted products, if the yarn is available with us, we will hand-knit one for you on priority. This may delay the shipment by a day or two hence we will contact you and take your prior approval.
If the above is not possible, we will contact you and refund you the full amount to your original mode of payment
